You must be at least 18 years old to use Tonkah. By using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login information confidential

  • Any activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms.

3. User Content

You may upload, share, and monetize content (photos, videos, text, etc.) under the following conditions:

  • You own or have rights to the content you upload

  • Content does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or the rights of others

  • No illegal, hateful, exploitative, or harmful content is permitted

Creators are solely responsible for the content they upload. Subscribers may not share, copy, or distribute content without explicit permission from the creator.

4. Payments and Fees

  • Subscribers must pay to access premium content

  • Creators may earn money through subscriptions, tips, or other monetized interactions

  • Tonkah takes a platform fee/commission of 20% on earnings

All payments are handled via third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Tonkah does not store credit card or bank information directly.

5. Refunds

All transactions are final. Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or explicitly stated.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the platform for illegal purposes

  • Harass, abuse, or harm others

  • Upload viruses or malicious code

  • Bypass access restrictions or engage in scraping or bots

  • Share or leak creator content

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

Tonkah and its logo, design, and features are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform’s assets without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • You breach these Terms

  • You engage in suspicious or illegal behavior

  • We are required by law to restrict access

You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

Tonkah is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability of the platform

  • That all content will be safe or accurate

  • That earnings will meet your expectations

You use the platform at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tonkah shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, profits, or business

11. Governing Law
